Finally left Victorville (No Regrets) and travelling across the Country.

Hi everyone,

My email: brqyvn@gmail.com

It took us a little over a Month to wrap-up our business in Victorville. We left Wednesday and hopefully will never have to go back. Victorville is looking good...in my rear view mirror.

Good Bye Victorville. I'll think of you as a fading bad dream.

We traveled South from there and stopped in Temecula for the night. We stayed at Pechanga RV resort and Casino. That was a super nice campground. The service was impeccable. They had shuttles that would bring you to the Casino, or even to the Grocery store. People were friendly and although we were there two days only, we will come back on our way to Palm Springs.

We were surrounded by half a million dollar RV's, but we are proud of our fifth wheel.

About 28K for our truck and fifth wheel plus a lot of hard work fixing both to our taste, versus 360K for the bus next door. That's 12 times more expensive and we both can go to the same places. You don't have to be a millionaire to Full Time RVing.

I haven't been feeling that free for my whole life.

Anne looks like she's taking her new life pretty well.

This is the day we bought the fifth wheel, July of 2012.

This is the day we left Victorville, a little over one year after purchasing it; New decals, new tires and wheels, new position lights, newly painted rocker panels, all new white plastic yellowed accessories, and about 10 coats of wax. We did a lot more to the inside, but that's for another day.

Our ultimate reason for this blog, is that we want to show that you can retire with a limited budget and still enjoy what the Rich people enjoy. We will share the places we visit, stories and challenges we encounter, interviews with some of the nice people we meet, and plenty in images taken with my precious Pentax photographic equipment.

Old and new friends and family, you can find out where we are at all times.

Next stop: San Diego, California.

Thanks for reading,

Anne and Yvon Bourque
